James Skrove

James Skrove was born April 10, 1929 to Harold and Julia (Alm) Skrove. He grew up on their farm outside Horace ND.
"Bud" served in the Army from 1948-1951 and married in California in November of 1951. Bud and his wife returned to North Dakota where he received a degree in geology from the University of North Dakota. The family relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he worked for the Bechtel Corporation at the Nevada Nuclear Test Site. Jim and his wife had four children.
James Skrove died March 17, 1994 and is buried in the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. |
