Deed of bargain and sale made and executed this twenty-sixth day of A.D. eighteen hundred and fifty-nine by and between Terry A Grover and Gelena A. Grover of the County of Houston and State of Minnesota parties of the first part and Ole A. Grover, party of the second part. Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first partfor the consideration of One Hundred Dollars to them from the party of the second part , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, they present, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part (his hein and apigno forever tho certain bass??) or parcel of real estate situated in the County of Houston and State of Minnesota, One Quarter of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section Fourteen in Township Number One Hundred and Four, North of Range (--) and west of the Fifth Principal Meridian which is included by the following (..of Beginning) containing twenty six and fifty-seven hundredths acres, the same or less, to have and to hold the same with all appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second part and assigns forever. The said Terry A. Grover and Gelene A. Grover forever warrant and defend the title against all persons whomsoever. 

In testimony whereof, the said parties of the first part have given their hands and seals this day and year from above written.

Be it known that on this the twenty sixth day of March 1859, before the undersigned came Terry A Grover and Gelena his wife to me personally known the identical parties whose names are subscribed to the foregoing  Deed as grantors and acknowledge  the instrument to be their Voluntary act and deed. And the said Gelena A Grover in absence of her husband acknowledged to me she subscribed the said deed voluntarily without fear or compulsion.
