Wanda's Son Gary Richard Sem 1954-1993

 

Gary Richard Sem was born on November 18, 1954 in Plentywood MT.  He was Wanda and Herman's third child. 

 

A "gentle giant" he stood over 6'4" and weighed more than 300 pounds.  He was a talented musician who studied both at home and abroad.  He would become a beloved band instructor and was a beloved son.

 

He was only 38 years old when he lost his battle with cancer on September 6, 1993 in Great Falls.
