Susie Hegland 1888-1964
Susie Hegland spent much of her life in the Red River Valley. She was an attendant when Thor's daughter Allette married Elmer Grover, and was a regular part of the lives of the Heglands who lived in and around Moorhead. She never married, and is buried with her grandmother, parents, and sister in the family plot in Highland Prairie Cemetery in Fillmore County.
